Yep, cause they have no care for what happens and while Mark is casting away there is madshaz4tec letting her child walk and prance around freely on vaughn blatantly allowing him too. Just a small tip... Never broadcast when your toddler is in the same rule, you should know the rules by now Shaz that you cannot show kids in the broadcast.. But hey, what do you care? This is the internet after all isn't it?

 

 Who knows, maybe she is so under the influence of drugs she doesn't realize that she is broadcasting and breaking one of the golden rules that Mark applied?

As we can see we have a member of vaughn breaking one of vaughns rule. And where is Scruffy? Nowhere to be seen even after being reported they have still managed to stay on air. If I broke that rule I would of been banned straight away but I guess some people can get away. Apparently according to this broadcaster he is allowed to show an "Official Youtube video" that is out there. WRONG you cannot show any children on vaughn whatsoever so he thinks it gives him special permission to broadcast kids sadly rule breakers are all over vaughn I guess.

My only thoughts is that this guy is either a pedophile or a nutcase obsessed with being allowed to show children on a broadcasting site made for adults.
