Here we see the "Disrespect Rule" being broken.
Now does this look like a good enough reason for a warn/ban? I don't think it is in scruffies case as pointed out in this email.
From here we can see an extensive point of view that clearly points out that scruffy cannot ban roco and never will. The reason being is because she doesn't want to and cannot because of his "So-caled" popularity.
Yet, there seems to be no ban or action taken even when the proof is right there.
Scruffy will not ban her favorite users.
