Billy: Meth addict or just another spaz on vaughn live?
Cause I mean. You gotta admit it's pretty damn funny when this guy makes retarded faces. He must of smoked so much meth in his life he must be permanently fucked in the head. I feel sorry for whoever looks after billy. I mean who else is going to look after someone who has an obsession to drugs (Obviously)
